Nuestras campeonas de Gimnasia Artística
La gimnasia Artística es un deporte olímpico caracterizado por movimientos de alta coordinación, precisión y estética. Sus practicantes o gimnastas, muestran al máximo su fuerza, equilibrio y flexibilidad. Este deporte está considerado como «el arte del movimiento».
En nuestro Colegio Nova Hispalis ofrecemos esta actividad extraescolar cuyos beneficios más importantes son:
- Desarrollar la confianza en sí mismo.
- Autorealización.
- Contrarrestar la timidez.
- Corrige la postura corporal.
- Desarrolla el sentido del ritmo.
De impartir estos beneficios así como las extraescolares se encargan nuestras profesionales: Elena Gómez y Susana Arellano que sacan el máximo rendimiento a nuestras alumnas, haciendo que estén motivadas, que disfruten y que tengan compañerismo con el resto de gimnastas, en especial las de su equipo.
El sábado 25 de marzo compitieron en Pozuelo. Nuestra más sincera enhorabuena a las familias por su asistencia y a las niñas por su gran esfuerzo y participación.
Our Artistic Gymnastics Champions
Artistic gymnastics is an Olympic sport characterized by movements of high coordination, precision and aesthetics. Its practitioners or gymnasts, show their strength, balance and flexibility to the maximum. This sport is considered as «the art of movement».
In Colegio Nova Hispalis, we offer this extracurricular activity whose most important benefits are:

Helping to encourage these benefits as well as extracurricular activities are our professionals: Elena Gómez and Susana Arellano who get the most out of our students, keeping them motivated, ensuring enjoyment and having fellowship with other gymnasts, especially those of their team.
On Saturday, 25th March, they competed in Pozuelo. Our most sincere congratulations go out to the families for their assistance, and the girls for their great effort and participation.
